About Sabrr

“I spent years finding the tools that finally worked for me. Sabrr exists so that you don’t have to spend all those years!”

Uttkarsh Arora · Founder, Sabrr

The beginning

A banker who went looking for something else.

Engineering, then an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, then five years in the corporate world - the last two in banking with HSBC. On paper, the path was set. Underneath it, Uttkarsh Arora was struggling, and finding what actually helped took him years he wishes he had back.

What finally worked wasn't one thing. It was a handful of practices, most of them physical, most of them old, all of them now supported by a body of neuroscience that didn't exist when they were first taught.

Sabrr is those practices, gathered in one place, run properly, so that the search is shorter for everyone who comes next.

See what we run

Vision

A world where no one suffers in silence, where mental health is spoken about freely, and the tools for healing are always within reach.

Mission

We help people let go of the stress and emotions they have been holding on to, making them feel calmer, lighter and happier, using the most authentic tools.

Why we do it

Let go. Feel lighter. Live to your full potential.

That's the whole brief. Everything Sabrr runs is measured against whether it moves someone closer to those three things - and dropped if it doesn't.

The retreat

Prana Wellness Retreats.

Sabrr's residential programme in Rishikesh - the same practices, held end to end over four days, in the town they were taught in.

Siddhant Solanki

Former agency owner, now an Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher. He chose inner growth over external success - yoga became his path to clarity, purpose and fulfilment. Today he shares that journey through the timeless science of Hatha Yoga.

What we hold to

Four things we won't bend on.

01

Evidence before atmosphere

Candles and playlists are easy. We choose practices for what they demonstrably do to a nervous system, then make them beautiful - never the other way round.

02

The tradition, properly

Hatha yoga taught in its lineage, in Rishikesh, by teachers who trained for it. No diluted hybrids sold as ancient.

03

Safety is not a formality

A written wellbeing screening before cold work. A facilitator at the tub every time. Nobody is ever talked into staying in longer.

04

We know our limits

Sabrr is not therapy and never pretends to be. When you need a professional, our referral panel puts you in front of a CBT practitioner we'd send our own family to.

Come and see whether it's for you.
