Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here is exactly what happens to your money when they do - in numbers, so nobody has to guess.
1. Prana Wellness Retreat
Counted from the first day of the retreat, by the date we receive your message:
- One month or more before the first dayFull refund
- Less than a month, but 10 days or more before50% refund
- Less than 10 days beforeNo refund
The retreat is booked and paid for on our side too - rooms, meals, teachers and transfers - which is why the window narrows as the dates come closer. Tell us as early as you can and we will always look at what else is possible, including moving you to a later retreat where there is room.
2. Single sessions
The terms above are for the retreat. For a single session - breathwork, an ice bath, sound healing, art therapy - get in touch as early as you can on +91 84484 01022 or Info@sabrr.org, and we will do what we reasonably can to move you to another date or release your place.
3. If Sabrr cancels or moves a date
If we have to cancel or reschedule, you choose: a place on the next date, or a full refund of what you have paid us. That holds for the retreat and for single sessions.
4. If we cannot safely take you
The booking form asks about your health before you pay, and a facilitator may ring you about what you tell us. If, having spoken to you, we decide we cannot run your date safely for you, you are refunded in full - whatever the dates say above.
5. How a refund reaches you
A refund goes back the way the payment came - to the same card, UPI ID or account. We start it as soon as the cancellation is agreed; how quickly it appears after that is your bank's own timing, and usually a few working days.
We do not take deposits or part payments, so there is never a partial balance to settle - only the amount you paid.
6. How to ask
Call +91 84484 01022 or write to Info@sabrr.org with your booking reference - it is on your confirmation email. The date we receive your message is the date we count from.
This policy sits alongside our terms & conditions. Where the two differ on cancellations, this page is the one we go by.
