Privacy Policy
Short version: we ask for what we need to look after you, we tell the facilitators running your session, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
Booking details - your name, email address, phone number, age, city, and the experience and dates you choose.
Wellbeing information - your ice immersion experience, relevant medical history, mental health history, current medication and any notes you choose to give us. This is sensitive personal data and we treat it as such.
Site usage - basic, anonymous analytics about which pages are visited, so we know what to improve.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your booking and send you joining details.
- To run your session safely - the facilitator needs to know if cold exposure carries extra risk for you.
- To contact you if something you've told us needs a conversation first.
- To send you the newsletter, if and only if you asked for it.
Who sees it
Your wellbeing information goes to the Sabrr facilitators running your session. It is not shared with other guests, not published, and not sold.
If you ask for a therapist referral, we share only what you agree to share, and only with the practitioner you're being referred to.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and safety purposes. Wellbeing information is kept for the duration of your engagement with us and then deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Info@sabrr.org and we'll act on it.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time.
Cookies
This site stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember an in-progress booking so you don't lose it if you close the tab. That data stays on your device. We don't use advertising cookies.
