1. Health & suitability

Breathwork and cold immersion are physically demanding. You confirm that the wellbeing information you give us at booking is accurate and complete, and that you'll tell us if anything changes before your date.

If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, epilepsy, diabetes, are pregnant, or have had recent surgery, speak to us - and to your doctor - before booking. We may ask for medical clearance, or decline a booking where we don't think we can run it safely for you.

Sabrr's offerings support wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care or medication.

2. During a session

You are always free to stop, step out or sit a session out. Facilitators supervise every cold immersion and may end an immersion early at their discretion for your safety.

Please arrive sober. We can't run cold work with anyone under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

3. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full and we've sent you a confirmation. Places are limited and are allocated in the order they're paid for - a place that has not been paid for is not held.

We do not take part payments or deposits.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.

4. Changes & cancellations

Plans change. Tell us as early as you can on +91 84484 01022 or Info@sabrr.org and we'll do what we reasonably can to move you to a later date or release your place.

If Sabrr has to cancel or reschedule an event, you'll be offered a place on the next date or a full refund of what you've paid us.

The booking form asks about your health before you pay, and a facilitator may call you about what you tell us. If, having spoken to you, we decide we cannot safely take you on that date, you are refunded in full.

5. Travel & insurance

Travel to and from Rishikesh is your responsibility unless you've booked a transfer with us. We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance for the duration of your stay.

6. Conduct

Retreats and circles depend on people feeling safe. What is shared in a circle stays in the circle. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave, without refund, for behaviour that puts another guest's safety or privacy at risk.

Please keep phones out of sessions.

7. Photography

We sometimes photograph sessions. You'll be asked before anything featuring you is used publicly, and you can decline without it affecting anything.

8. Liability

You take part in Sabrr's offerings voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Sabrr is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.
