2nd – 5th October Rishikesh, India From ₹49,000 per person

Three nights to slow down, breathe deeper and reconnect with yourself. A gentle return - not a programme to get through.

Sabrr

A Sabrr retreat, held in Rishikesh.

A gentle return to yourself

Welcome to Prana.

A space created to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. Prana is a pause from the pace of everyday life - a space to become more present, more aware, and more connected to what truly matters.

From the first conscious breath of the morning to moments of stillness, movement, meditation, nature and connection, every element is thoughtfully designed to bring you closer to yourself.

Breathe. Move. Be still. Connect. Reflect.

Here, nothing is required of you. Simply a little space to pause, be present, and breathe.

From breath to stillness. From stillness to awareness.

Prana means breath.

Life force, and the vital energy that moves through us. Breath is our most constant companion - quietly present through every moment of our lives. Yet in the rhythm of everyday living, we often move through it without truly noticing.

We believe the breath can become a doorway to awareness. When we slow down enough to observe it, we begin to reconnect with our body, our thoughts, and our inner world.

Prana is not about becoming a different person. It is about becoming more deeply connected to the person you already are.

Prana is the pause between where you have been and how you choose to move forward.

Getting there

Rishikesh, and how to reach it.

Step away from the everyday, slow down, and reconnect with what truly matters. Exact location and directions go out with your confirmation.

Dehradun (Jolly Grant, DED) is the nearest airport, about 35 minutes away. Delhi is roughly six hours by road. Add a return airport transfer at booking and someone will be waiting with your name.

Haridwar Junction is the reliable railhead - around an hour from Rishikesh by taxi. Yoga Nagari Rishikesh station is closer but has far fewer services.

Clothes you can move in, a swimsuit, a warm layer for early mornings by the river, a towel, sandals, and a refillable bottle.

The monsoon has typically cleared by then, giving warm days and cool mornings and evenings - ideal for the sessions and time outdoors.

No. Most people who come to us have never sat in an ice bath or done a conscious breathwork round. Every session is taught from the ground up and you are told exactly what is coming before it happens.

Most people do. Single occupancy gives you a private room. Double occupancy pairs you with another solo guest of the same gender - unless you tell us at booking who you’re travelling with, and then we’ll room you together.

No. Everything runs, nothing is compulsory. Sitting one out and reading by the river is a perfectly good use of the retreat, and no one will comment on it.

Yes - sattvic vegetarian meals throughout, which is the tradition in Rishikesh. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs in the booking form and the kitchen will work around them.
