Breathwork first, then the cold - with a facilitator beside the tub the whole time, and you deciding when to get out. No experience needed.

Upcoming ice bath dates
No ice bath date is open right now. New dates go up on the events page as soon as they are set - and to our WhatsApp community first.
What happens
How an ice bath session runs.
Arrive and settle
You are welcomed, shown where to change, and told exactly how the session will run before anything starts.
Breathwork
A guided breathing practice to settle the body and prepare for the cold. Every round is talked through.
Into the ice
One at a time, with a facilitator at the tub. You get in at your own pace and get out when you decide to.
Warm up
Dry off, layer up and take your time. There is space to sit with how you feel before you head home.
Good to know
Supervised, unhurried, at your pace.
The cold is not the point. Staying with the cold is. You learn, in a controlled and supervised way, that you can meet something intense without running from it. It is a practice, not a medical treatment, and we will never tell you otherwise.
- Roughly two and a half hours, including the breathwork

- The venue for each session is on that date's listing
- For guests aged 18 and over - younger, ask us before you book
What to bring
- A swimsuit
- A towel
- Something warm to change into afterwards
Sabrr runs guided ice bath sessions in Delhi through the year. The venue for each session is on that date's listing, and open dates are always on the events page.
As long as you choose. There is no target time, a facilitator is beside the tub the whole time, and getting out early is not failing. Nobody will talk you into staying in longer.
No. Most people who come have never sat in an ice bath. The breathwork before it is taught from the ground up, and you are told exactly what is coming before it happens.
For most healthy adults, yes, with supervision. High blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, recent surgery and pregnancy all need a conversation first. The booking form asks about these before you pay, and you can call +91 84484 01022 before you book.
Yes. You can book several places in one booking - choose how many of you are coming on the form.
