Sound healing · Delhi
Sound healing in Delhi.
An hour of bowls, gong and voice, lying down and blanketed. Nothing to follow and nothing to get right - just let the sound do the work.

What happens
How a sound healing session runs.
Arrive and settle
Find your place and get comfortable. You are told how the hour will go.
Lie down
Blanketed, eyes closed if you like. There is no posture to hold.
The sound
Bowls, gong and voice, close enough that you feel them as much as hear them.
Return
A quiet few minutes to come back before you get up.
Good to know
Being played rather than playing.
There is nothing to do - which, for most people who come to us, is the hardest and most useful part. It suits people who find sitting meditation difficult, and it is a practice for rest, not a medical treatment.
- Roughly an hour, lying down
- Good for people who cannot sit still to meditate
- Recent Delhi sessions have been ₹2,500 per person - every date shows its own price
- The venue for each session is on that date's listing
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes
- Nothing else - just arrive a few minutes early
People use the two names for the same thing: lying down while bowls, gongs and voice are played around you. At Sabrr it is an hour, held end to end by the facilitator.
No. There is nothing to follow and nothing to get right. You lie down and listen - or don't.
Plenty of people do, and that is fine.
Every date shows its own price on the events page; recent Delhi sessions have been ₹2,500 per person, paid in full when you book.
Yes - most people do.
